LAWN CARE

Lawn mowing service includes lawn mowing, trimming, edging,

and blowing. Grass or weeds growing inside of beds will not be cut unless requested.

Trimming is done around beds, fences, and trees. Edging is done along and sidewalks and driveways in the front

yard. We make sure to blow clippings from sidewalks and driveways once the service has been

completed.

WATERING

Please, do not water your grass on service days.

GATES & PETS

We prefer that all your pets be kept indoors or locked up. All gates should be unlocked on your mowing day.

if you have a unique situation with a pet or gate please let us know, and we will accommodate you. Our crews are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision. We are not responsible for lost or injured pets.

 

ITEMS IN THE YARD

We ask all customers to please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, and other items in the yard

before our technicians arrive. We are not responsible for damage to exposed sprinkler

lines, other lines, cable, dog fence lines, and other items unless the client informs us first of there existence.

Large items such as lawn furniture and trampolines will be moved and mowed under.

HOLIDAYS

On weeks when a national holiday falls Monday thru Friday, we will adjust the rest of the week's schedule by one

dav so that we can service all remaining lawns the dav after their scheduled dav.

PRESSURE WASHING​

Please remove all items from service area that can be damaged by our high powered washers. 

Please remove all furniture & other items from the area that are not apart of the service.
